Terms of Service

1 · The service
BizMinister provides modular, AI-assisted business software (“ministers”). We may add, improve or retire features; we'll give reasonable notice before removing anything you depend on.
2 · Your account
Keep credentials safe and information accurate. You're responsible for what your team does under your workspace roles and approvals.
3 · Subscriptions & billing
Pricing is per minister per month, in LKR or USD, with cabinet discounts applied automatically. Add or remove ministers anytime; changes prorate on the next invoice. While BizMinister is launching, every appointed minister is enabled free of charge and no payment method is collected; we will give notice before any billing begins.
4 · Acceptable use
No spam, no unlawful messaging, no attempts to break or overload the service. Channel automations must comply with each platform's policies (e.g. WhatsApp Business).
5 · AI outputs
Ministers draft; you decide. AI can make mistakes — review outputs that matter (payments, filings, legal text) before approving. Approved actions are yours.
6 · Liability
The service is provided “as is”; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Questions to legal@bizminister.com.
