Privacy Policy

1 · What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), business data you bring into your cabinet (contacts, stock, invoices, payroll records), messages that flow through connected channels, and usage data that helps us keep the service fast and safe.
2 · How we use it
To run your ministers, generate AI drafts and briefings, bill you correctly, and improve the product. We never sell your data, and we never use one customer's business data to serve another.
3 · AI & your data
AI ministers process your data to do their jobs. Your business data is not used to train foundation models. Drafts stay drafts until a person with authority approves them.
4 · Sharing
Only with processors we need to operate (hosting, messaging APIs, payment gateways), under contracts at least as protective as this policy, and with authorities when the law requires it.
5 · Retention & deletion
Your data stays while your account is active. Close your cabinet and we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. tax).
6 · Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your personal data anytime — in-app or by writing to privacy@bizminister.com.
